a. All meetings, conferences, workshops, and collaborative activities should first be considered for remote or virtual execution before exploring the option of physical presence.
b. Travel should be limited to Essential Travel only.
c. Requests for Corporate Travel must be accompanied by a justification detailing why the objective cannot be met remotely or virtually.
d. The environmental impact of travel must be considered. Where possible, lower-impact modes of transport (e.g., trains over planes) are preferred.
